Nylon tubes are availble in different sizes with different - OD / ID / wall thickness.
Wall thickness affects nylon tube pressure rating. Hence, while selecting nylon tubing sizes, tube pressure rating is considered as an important factor.
We manufacture MANLON Nylon 6 Tube as per DIN 73378 standard and guide lines for Nylon 6 Tube.
We also manufacture MANLON PA 12 Tube as per DIN 73378 standard and guide lines for

Nylon tube is used where stifness, good abrasion resistance and strength at high temperature are required.

NOTES :
- Other sizes of MANLON nylon tubes are also available.- The above pressure ratings are for nylon6 tubings when in stright form (without any bending postion).
- Bending of tube affects nylon tubes pressure rating.
- For nylon11 tubes and nylon12 tubes, burst pressure rating will be less.
- Conversion: 1 kg/cm2 = 14.7 psi.
- The above guide line values for working pressure of Nylon 6 Tube are as per DIN 73378.
